A specification for a suite of high-level communication protocols using small, low-power digital radios based on the IEEE 802.15.4 standard for personal area networks. Although more commonly associated with IoT (Internet of Things) applications, Zigbee technology might be used in data center environments for monitoring and managing physical conditions.
